The Blueprint Pavilion was conceived as a continuous, unified space through which visitors at Interbuild 95 pass to view exhibited furniture and bathroom items.

The structure is realized as a continuous plate, folding into itself to create two interlocking beams. This plate comprises a steel-beam chassis, clad in aluminium or industrial siding to provide a seamless flow from floors to walls, with all lighting recessed in surfaces or suspended from them.

In situ, the Blueprint Pavilion – echoing a ‘Mobius strip’ in its inward, surrounding movement, functions as a completely integrated exhibition space, in which each displayed object can be assigned a specific location to enhance the structure’s sense of ‘seamless continuity’.
