The Alba is a new US$1.9 billion mixed-use beachfront development designed by Zaha Hadid Architects for Omniyat on the Eastern Crescent of Palm Jumeirah with panoramic views of Dubai’s coast and skyline.
Incorporating a variety of three- and four-bedroom units, each with a pool on expansive outdoor terraces, the Alba’s design creates an oasis for beachfront living and hospitality managed by the renowned Dorchester Collection.
Hosting the Alba’s launch at Monaco Yacht Club, Mahdi Amjad, Founder & Executive Chairman of Omniyat, said: “The Alba, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, represents Omniyat’s vision of beachfront living in Dubai; influenced by the incredible talent and inspirational ethos of Zaha Hadid Architects and operated by our longstanding partner, Dorchester Collection.”
