Zaha Hadid Design has created the ‘Cloud’ kennel for  BowWow Haus London, a public exhibition in aid of Blue Cross for Pets, a UK charity that re-homes and cares for more than 40,000 sick, injured and homeless pets each year.

The exhibition features unique dog kennels designed and built by architects, artists, and designers from around the world and is a collaboration with national pet charity Blue Cross for Pets, the US-based Outdoor Arts Foundation who support community-based creative engagement.

‘Cloud’ is a cocoon-like kennel elevated slightly above ground to protect dogs from cold floor surfaces, constructed in sustainably sourced plywood that is CNC milled using digital design and fabrication.
