Effie Kuan Senior Associate
Profile Effie first joined Zaha Hadid Architects in 2007, becoming an Associate in 2015. During this time she was involved in a wide range of project design assignments including Cairo Expo City and King Abdullah II House of Culture and Art. She was also Project Architect for a project in Kuala Lumpur, a Retail Complex in Beijing, and was Project Associate for the Collins Street project in Melbourne.
Since 2016, Effie has been focusing on the design of mixed use and social impact developments at different scales in the UK first working with Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, then as Design Partner at Farrells, and finally as London Studio Director of Chetwoods.
Effie re-joined Zaha Hadid Architects in 2020 as Senior Associate. She is a registered architect in the United Kingdom.
Education Effie studied architecture at RMIT University in Melbourne (2003) and the Bartlett School of Architecture in London (2014).
