José Pareja Gómez Associate
Profile
Born in Mexico City, Jose joined Zaha Hadid Architects in 2013. Since its conception, he has played a key role in the development of the ZHVR Group, a VR / AR research and development group formed in 2014. While working at ZHA, Jose has been integral to various urban and architectural projects specialising in the use of computation within the design development process.
Education
Jose studied Architecture at the De La Salle University in Leon, Mexico and received an M.Arch in Architecture and Urbanism from the Architectural Association in London, UK. He has been a lecturer on diverse technology, visualisation and architectural forums in Latin America and Europe. Additionally, Jose has been a course tutor at Bartlett UCL BPro’s Research Cluster 9, a unit focused on extended realities and augmentation in architectural design and fabrication, as well as a course tutor in the Architectural Association DRL master’s programme.
