Lei Zheng Senior Associate
Profile
Lei joined ZHA in 2014 and is currently a senior associate. She has extensive experience in engineering and architecture projects in china, participating as a consulting engineer on a number of international competitions. Lei’s research is focused on the capability of new digital technologies to reinvestigate the relationship between architecture and engineering in buildings and urban scenarios. Lei is a course lecturer at the Architectural Association, where she teaches technical studies, as well as a visiting lecturer at the Bartlett, where she teaches computational design. She has also taught many international workshops and seminars including Harvard GSD, Umea Sweden, CAFA and AA visiting school shanghai.
Education
Lei has a B.Eng in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas in Austin and a M.Sc in Emergent technologies and design from the Architectural Association.
