Maurizio Meossi Associate Director B Arch, M Arch AA, ARB
Profile:
Maurizio originally joined the office in 2002, working primarily as a 3D designer for several international competitions, including the VBMW Central Building in Leipzig, Florence Train Station and many others. He moved to Italy to collaborate with the structural engineering team working on the MAXXI Museum in 2003. Maurizio re-joined our office in 2006 as Project Architect for the CityLife Housing Development, completed in 2013 in Milan. In the same year Maurizio returned to London and has since been leading multiple projects across Europe, Australia, Asia and North America, with a special focus on Masterplans and mixed-use, large-scale developments. He has been an Associate Director since 2020.
Education:
Maurizio has an Architecture Degree from the Universita’ degli Studi di Firenze, Italy and a Master’s degree in Architecture from the Design Research Laboratory at the Architectural Association, London.
Teaching:
Maurizio has held an academic faculty position at the Universita’ di Firenze and has widely lectured and attended critics in different Italian and American universities since 2004.
