Roberto Vangeli Associate Dipl. Dott. Arch
Roberto joined Zaha Hadid Architects in 2006 to work on the detailed design of the new High-Speed Train Station in Napoli-Afragola.
During the following eight years, he has been involved in several other projects in Italy.
Specialized in the field of infrastructure and transport, Roberto is currently working on the King Abdullah Financial District Metro Station project in Riyadh.
Education & Teaching
Roberto graduated cum laude from the University of Florence in 2005 with the highest possible score in his architectural diploma. Roberto held an academic faculty position at Florence University for eight years and was an adjunct professor from 2008 to 2010.
Roberto is licensed as an architect in Italy (OrdAPPC) and is ARB registered in the UK.
His work has been published in: ‘10 Transit Architectures’ by Marino Moretti, Tassinari, Firenze (2006); ‘Gr.est – Work in Progress’ by Marino Moretti, Signa (2005); and ‘Next, Identità e Innovazione’, an exhibition catalogue published by Alinea,Firenze (2003).
