Sebastian Andia Associate M.Arch, CAMZA
Sebastian joined Zaha Hadid Architects in 2012 and has worked on a wide range of projects and competitions in China, North Africa, and the Middle East. Prior to joining ZHA, he worked at practices in the US and Europe. During his time in the office, he has worked on both design concept development and project delivery, working closely with consultants and suppliers to deliver accurate construction packages which reflect the original design intent. On the Nanjing International Youth Cultural Centre, Sebastian was the package lead for the conference centre interior design, developing the detailed design drawings for implementation by the contractors. He has also served as project architect on concept designs for a large retail development in Dubai and a mixed-use project, as well as a major new airport, both in China. Currently, Sebastian is a project architect on a major mixed-use development in North Africa, with a focus on architecture and design.
Sebastian studied architecture at the Universidad de Mendoza in Argentina and at the Architectural Association in London, where he obtained his masters in architecture in 2012. Since graduating, he has taught at both the AA and at the Bartlett School of Architecture. He is a qualified architect, registered in Argentina.
