Shi Qi joined Zaha Hadid Architects in 2018, having practiced in London, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Her expertise spans various sectors, encompassing residential, commercial, cultural, and mixed-use developments.

With proficiency in both design and development, Shi Qi has played a pivotal role in numerous high-profile projects. Notable projects in her portfolio include the New Science Centre in Singapore, Zuglo City Centre in Budapest, Seamless City in Hangzhou, Unicorn Island in Chengdu, and several confidential projects. Her contributions extend to winning prestigious competitions.

Beyond her project involvements, Shi Qi served as a Southwark design review panel member for three years. Her works have been published in various media, such as the Architects’ Journal and ArchDaily, and have been displayed in various exhibitions.

Education
Shi Qi studied Architecture at the Bartlett School of Architecture UCL, graduating with honours. Her academic journey continued at the Bartlett with a master’s degree, where she achieved Distinction and earned the Brewer Smith Brewer Gulf Adaptive Technologies Prize for her design project and research. She has been registered as an architect in the UK and a chartered member of RIBA since 2019.
