Thomas joined Zaha Hadid Architects in 2007. Since then, he has worked on a broad variety of projects through various stages, from early design studies to design development through to construction and completion. Amongst the completed projects are the Stuart Weitzman stores in Hong Kong Harbour City and the Level 21 Restaurant for the Morpheus Hotel at City of Dreams in Macau. On both projects he was involved as key team member through all the phases from sketch design to project completion.
Having worked on many interior design related projects, Thomas has accumulated a vast amount of experience regarding the use of materials, their suitability in regards to complex shapes and the development of detailed solutions that bring a project from design idea to constructed building. Over the years he has contributed to a broad range of residential, cultural, hospitality and transportation projects for the company, including the Capital Hill Residence, King Abdullah Financial District Metro Station in Riyadh, hotel interiors in Rome, Studio City Phase 2 and the Fornebuporten Metro Station in Oslo.
Thomas studied at the Department of Architecture at ETH Zurich, where he graduated in 2006 with the Diploma of Master of Science ETH in Architecture.
