Torsten Broeder Senior Associate ARB

Profile                                                                                            Joining Zaha Hadid Architects in 2007 to work on the 2012 Olympics Aquatics Centre in London, Torsten has contributed to a number of the studio’s seminal works including the Serpentine North Gallery in Hyde Park in London and the Grand Theatre of Rabat in Morocco.

With experience working on the interior architecture for the Neil Barrett flagship store in Tokyo and being responsible for the design of a ZHA exhibition within the ZHA-designed Chanel pavilion in Paris, Torsten is currently leading the interior design work for a number of high-end private residential and commercial projects in the US, Beijing and Dubai.

Education                                                                                     Torsten completed his diploma in engineering with the Koblenz University of Applied Sciences in Germany and gained his master in architectural design with the Städelschule in Frankfurt. Since 2011, Torsten is a tutor with the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London specialising in 3DS MAX and Adobe Suite.
