Lamellae collection for Georg Jensen showcased at Baselworld 2016

The Lamellae eight-piece capsule collection for Georg Jensen includes five rings and three cuff bangles and is presented for the first time at Baselworld 2016.
Engineered and refined using 3-dimensional design and manufacturing processes, the pieces have been crafted in sterling silver, with some in black rhodium set with black diamonds.
"We often look at the coherence and logic of natural systems when we work to create environments. Our challenge was to translate that into something that can be worn; to reinterpret the rich history and tradition of Georg Jensen’s approach into something new,” said Zaha Hadid.
Hadid has also designed an installation that will be used as a lounge in the Hall of Visions at the international show.
