Zaha Hadid Design works exhibited at Cité de l'architecture & du patrimoine, Paris

The ‘Architect’s Furniture, 1960-2020’ exhibition at the Cité de l'architecture & du patrimoine in Paris, explores how architects fit into the decorative arts with the design of furniture, objects and lighting.

The exhibition includes almost 300 works by more than 125 architects showcasing the methodology and processes of  furniture production by architects from the 1960's to the present day.

Exhibited pieces by Zaha Hadid Design include the Aqua Table for Established & Sons, the Liquid Glacial Chair for the David Gill Gallery, Le-a Coffee Table for Leblon Delienne, Tea and Coffee Towers for Alessi and pieces designed for Sawaya & Moroni;  Iceberg Seating, Tippy Lounge Chair, Z-Chair and Vortexx Chandelier for Sawaya and Moroni with Zumtobel (pictured).

The exhibition also includes designs by: David Adjaye, Ron Arad, Shigeru Ban, David Chipperfield, Odile Decq, Charles & Ray Eames, Norman Foster, Sou Fujimoto, Frank Gehry, Marc Held, Steven Holl, Toyo Ito, Jakob + MacFarlane, Michele de Lucchi, Angelo Mangiarotti, Jean Nouvel, Verner Panton, Dominique Perrault, Gaetano Pesce, Rudy Ricciotti, Aldo Rossi, Sanaa, Superstudio, Carlo Scarpa, Ettore Sottsass.
